I’m Claire a Personal Trainer, Nutrition Coach, and Outdoor Adventure Fitness Leader living here in the beautiful Pacific North West in Vancouver, BC.
Throughout my 20 year career in healthcare - managing clients with chronic health conditions I have learned how important prevention is. My passion for health is a deeply personal one, and I have experienced firsthand just how life can change when we start to invest and give a little more love to ourselves. This is why I do what I do.
Here at West Women Fitness - we help women ignite their inner fire to become the strong, healthy, and confident people they know they can be. Our mission is to celebrate body positivity and encourage women to appreciate and love their bodies through self-care, movement, and nutrition.
Following my passion, I have created and developed my West Women Active Revolution in-person and online personal training programs and Active Nutrition programs, so you can set and achieve your goals in a body-positive way.
